I'm a 30 year old, single woman and I've lived in western New York state all my life. I was introduced to rubber stamping while attending Nazareth college for a degree in music. I've always enjoyed all different hobbies such as crocheting, knitting, and sewing, but it was rubber stamping that turned into a true passion.
I received my Bachelor of Music Theory in 2000, but, due to a chronic illness (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), I've been unable to pursue a music career as a pianist. I have, however, been able to continue stamping and I have built up quite a collection of rubber stamps!! I always thought it would be fun to be a demonstrator but it wasn't until August of 2006 that I finally decided the time was right. I'll mostly just be a hobby demo and instead of holding workshops, will use this blog as place where I can share my stamping ideas with my customers and stamper friends.
I hope this blog serves as inspiration for other stampers and maybe encourage non-stampers to give it a try! Please feel free to email me if you have any questions about anything you see on my blog.
