Wow, did I struggle with this card! I like it now, but at one point I wondered if it would ever get finished, which is why I'm posting so late this week. I used the Splitcoaststampers Color Challenge of the week for my colors because they are perfect for my dad, who will be receiving this card next week for his birthday. He's a bright color kind of guy and is confident enough in his masculinity to enjoy pink AND sparkles. In fact, the glitzier, the better. Dang, I should have added more glitter.
The sentiment is a Fiskars Cloud 9 clear stamp set that I got from Joanns and I will not be buying anymore of those clear stamps. It was very tricky getting a good impression that wasn't smooshed or too light and now that I look at this picture you can see that the word "have" is not straight on the actual stamp. You can also see that my line of crystals is not straight either, but I blame that on the crooked stamp throwing me off. Ha!
